Went to install WoW on my cousins laptop and when i went to the install page it said does not meet minimum speed requirements. Min requirements are Pentium III 800 MHz. his pc is Intel (R) Pentium (R) M processor 1.86 GHz. Why would it come up with the warning?

Does he have a decent video card?

Many laptops don't.
