POL -1040Follow

its been about 3 days now since i havn't been able to get on... well any ways every thing says its working and all lights that should be on are on... I have tried to unplug everything give it like 5 mins plugged it all back in i have done that about 5 times now. also when I put in the start up disc it says it can't connect any one know how to fix??
