Torrents ><Follow

I have some other people on my network, and there causing it to become extremely slow, and the cause of this is torrents. Regardless of the rate that there uploading/downloading it seems to lag up the network, I was just wondering, is there any way to stop this?

whats your max upload speed?

i use utorrent, and my max upload is 80KBps, and if uploading at max will completly kill any online gaming, but limited to 20-25, seems to work fine
