FFXI Connection IssuesFollow

Hi,
I recently started having connection problems with FFXI. Every minute or so, I will keep getting R0 over and over, and finally disconnect. I recently got a new modem because we updgraded to Comcast voice service, which is phone service over the cable line. Anyway, Im hoping its not the modem, but if it is, it is. I would like to try all available options before calling comcast though. Also, I didnt have this problem with my previous modem. Im running FFXI on WinXP, connected directly to the modem. I can use everything else just fine. I went to broadbandreports.com, did a speed and tweak test, and everything came out fine. My download speed even went up to 8MB/sec since I got the new modem. But this problem with FFXI really messes things up... I will even try reformating my HD, which Ive done many times before, if that helps. Any ideas?

Edit: I want to add that I can see my computer still sending info, just not recieving. If that helps.

well its happening again -_- idk what else to try... any ideas?
