Lost Discs Query...Follow

After losing my Entire set of discs (besides) the new ToAH DVD, I am in a bit of a quandry on the way ahead.

If i remember rightly, each POL account is paired to an account say ABCD1234, so if I buy a new set of discs, will the new set of discs tell me my account is already matched to a different POL account, or can I just install POL and then match my FFXI account to the New POL account?

Apologies for asking this here, but I'm at work and cant get to the support site on POL.com
