Trouble installing FFXi on xbox 360Follow

Got a new xbox 360, installed POL, updated, everything worked fine. When I go to install FFXI, after clicking through the license agreement and hitting the install button, the screen fades out and the install screen never comes up. Just a big blank screen. Any ideas what's up with this?
