WoW: Unable to ConnectFollow

As the title states, I am unable to connect to World of Warcraft.
This coincides with me not being able to connect to IRC either. More specifically Quakenet (any server).

I tried running a traceroute on eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com just to see what happened, and I get cockblocked at "prs-tc-i2-link-telia.net". The buck stops there.

I have reported my findings to Blizzard, but I have received no response yet. I was wondering if anyone else had any useful information regarding these problems? I know for a fact that at least two others are having the exact same problem, and are stopped at the exact same location.

I am just writing this here in a fit of desperation, really.
