Microphone IssueFollow

Whenever I'm using any kind of voice chat with my friend I hear not only anything coming through the mic on their end, but also hear any and all audio playing on their computer, despite them having headsets on or even the audio on their PC being muted. (it's not coming through the mic) Originally I thought it would be an audio properties option but after carefully examining both mine and hers we solved nothing. If anyone has had a similar problem please let me know what you did. Or if anyone knows what the problem is. As a side note, the problem does not occur the other direction, I.E. she does not hear what is on my pc. Thanks!

I have a C-Media Rear Panel Audio. I'll need to get back with what she has.
