Error Code:POL-0250Follow

So I just bought a new computer and it has windows vista on it. I downloaded the pol viewer on the playonline website for windows vista. I installed the game just how they said on windows vista. However everytime I try to do the updates it always gives me that error code. It is not my internet because I have no problem with it and never even get disconnected during the update. I've tried for 2 days to get this update downloaded so I can play but just about as its about to finish every time it does that. I just want to play but I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any ideas?
