Team Fortess 2 issuesFollow

When I load up the game and goto the servers list one of a few things happen. Either no servers show, a small handful of servers show or a lot of servers show, but none work. It lists the servers, but when I click on them it says cannot connect to server. It isn't my filter list and I already reset my router, steam and PC.
