Server is busy Follow

I have been trying to play this and it says UCS-5004 The server is busy.
Please try again later. It has been about two and a half hours, and still nothing has happened differently. Can somebody please help me figure out what is making this happen. I am on the Xbox 360 version and I entered the credit card info and after that it stated this. Please help me. Im desperate for some ideas on what to do about this.
