just curious-bout where thing max outFollow

Does anyone know where the new modifiers max out - or the old ones for that matter - like haste and tribute haste and spell haste - does the 41% haste bracer i saw and 61% haste form vallons quikennning and the 41% haste form tribute stack ? - or does it just max out at 61 or 81?-
________________________________________________________________also how much spell shielding can you have? i have been told by somone on my server that it doesn't max out at all and if u get enough of it u can get like 83% spell shielding and givea chance of choping a spell into bit - or does it max at 21%?
