but boxing is the true sport of champions!!!

I guess. Watching two big brutes try and rattle each other's brains to the point of making them unconscious, sure. the gloves are just so we can see em in 6 months do it again. thats cool. Id rather see bare knuckle boxing to be honest with you. some blood, maybe some limbs breaking. F*** it, lets get the lions in there too.

Hey all, I posted this link a week ago but hey I figure it can't hurt to post it again. I'm not a huge soccer fan myself but liking sports in general i'll watch anysport(With the exception of spelling bee's, I could never grasp why they have this on sports networks). The stuff that this guy does with a soccer ball is crazy.

I'm Meixcan, therefore, anyone who would try to argue with me is immediatly wrong.

Well, given that mexicans don't actually speak spanish, rather some bastardized language made largely of true spanish mixed in with some indian gibberish, you being a Mexican wouldn't make them immediately wrong. It would simply mean you or your ancestors were really good at swimming across rivers or scurrying through border brush or hiding in the back of a moving van and not making much noise and have since become adept at either dishwashing, hotel maid service or picking produce.

I dunno why soccer isn't more popular in the US. We used to play it as kids a good bit. Of course, my main obejection back then was that you weren't allowed to deliberately injure anyone else.

That may be the answer. We like violence and there's something sinful about not throwing any punches or anything like that when the opportunity presents itself.

Hockey is somewhat similar to soccer. But they fight a lot, so it's a more popular than soccer.

Thats intersting. I've played soccer since I was 5 and love it. I gave up on pro baseball and football when they started to whine about how poor they are. Soccer is the only sport I watch.
I mostly watch local college soccer.

Like watch people beat each other up to gain 3 yards, a time out with a terrible commercial break, only to watch another 10 seconds of action. After that ten seconds we get a minute break to determine whether or not the call was right. After the call on the call has been made, we get a 20 second close up of each coach to watch his reaction. Naturally, nothing has been going on during this time. After we have had a good enough look we get another 10 seconds of action of people running into each other and the cycle repeats itself.

Talk about on-the-edge-of-my-seat-out-of-control-non-stop-excitment.

I live in indiana by the way so don't try calling me a biased European or something of the like.
