Go flames go!Follow

Well... I'm not in favor of the flamers... I'd still stick with Flyers all the way, but I'd rather see Calgary beat the hicks at something they should never allowed to be in in the first place anyway. SO... in a way, go flamers, slaughter the dirty rednecks and tell them to go back to ******** their sisters...

It doesn't look like it's going too well for them right now. I'm hoping they can pull a come from behind, miracle Stanley Cup win.

Oh man. I'm a Flyers fan, so I don't have a personal stake in it, but oh wow did the Flames got royally screwed this whole series. The officiating tonight was somewhat one sided, but not nearly as bad as game 4 which was just blatant (I say somewhat because Calgary pretty much disappeared in the second period so even if they were inclined to they didn't have to slant the calls). Short of someone dying, you just don't call a penalty in the last minute of game 7 of the Stanly Cup. Worse yet, they actually won the series in game 6 and didn't even get a real explanation about that one - (sure you reviewed it, that's why there was no stop in play and no consultation with the on ice officials, yeah I buy that one). It looks like the NHL decided it had to have an American winner for the cup this year to give them a leg up somehow in the lockout they are planning to ruining the sport next year, and they didn't care how bad they would look doing it. Then again, since they are seriously considering taking a year off, they don't seem to care much about how bad they look. Makes me ashamed to be an American.

Not so much Khabibulin as it was the Lightening defense. Through the first 2 periods the teams combined for, i think, 17 shots on goal. It is amazing Tampa scored twice in that many shots.
