...because honestly they are incredible here.

Lately I have been posting and reading elsewhere on the vast interwebs. What I have found is nothing short of gross incompetence in forum administration-- petty grudges, wanton closing and deletion of threads(no edits, no notifications, no reason), and flaming admin bias (openly taking sides on civil arguments and penalizing those they don't agree with), bad English, REALLY bad English, and just... utter... stupidity.

It makes me really appreciate the admins here. I've had disagreements with some of them, but they never take anything personally. They do not hold grudges. They do not take sides (unless one side is being abrasive/obviously breaking rules). They are intelligent (mostly)

How do you out a bad admin? I tried making a post in their website suggestion forum politely pointing out the problem to several unanimous replies of "this" only for the thread to be locked by the accused, who's name I did not mention anywhere in the thread...

And been polite and helpful. I hope to be a low maintenance kind of user but have always appreciated the help they have offered. This doesn't count as sucking up?

Depends. If said admin owns the site or is related to the owner, or has incriminating pictures, you are really out of luck. If they are a paid position, then your best bet is going over their head with a reasoned, well thought out complaint with linked examples. The success of that will depend proportionally on what your contribution to the site so far has been, and what the percieved contribution of the admin in question has been. If you have 4 posts and have been active since last wednesday, the admin is going to win. If you have been there for years with thousands of posts and are percieved to have enough popular clout to get a portion of the forum to revolt, chances are they will listen.

Be prepared to lose though. If it goes poorly, you will probably get banned by mr. dumbadmin. Or he'll make your life a living hell until you leave. You can of course fight that using proxies and socks and what have you, but only if you are significantly better at it than the admin in question, because the detection tools are all on his side.

That or hack his account and have him send you a picture of his ***** then make an angry thread about it somewhere in a well traveled forum. I hear that works well too.
