I own all of the old Disney movies on VHS. Unfortunately, my VHS player isn't hooked up anywhere. I've taken to scouring EBay to buy the old movies on DVD. I've been fortunate enough to find all of the ones I've wanted, and they don't have any alterations or additional songs or scenes.

CGI is just and evolution, thus an evolution in of art :p
But I agree. I sometimes sit down and watch some of the old Disney movies just to look at the style used, rather then watch it for the story.

Yeah, I taped all the X-Files episodes, and left them with my ex, and now I can't find the series on DVD in the stores here, not even the first movie!

The bit at the end when the witch turned into a dragon traumatised me when I was a small child. And don't even talk to me about the "Night on Bald Mountain" section of Fantasia. I was so terrified I hid under the cinema seat.

Maleficent is and always will be the most evilest Disney villain ever.
She is freaking awesome.
Sleeping Beauty was one of the first Disney movies I re-bought on DVD. It's ridiculous how much I love that movie. I also love how they actually used Tchaikovsky's Sleeping Beauty music for the whole thing.

Now I want to complain about Youtube. You know how people used to get songs stuck in their heads? Now I get songs WITH VISUALS stuck in my head. I had cartoon Mr Cage Head coming forth out of the blackness yelling "TeHAA!" at me for half an hour night before last. AARGH.
