First house (owned, not rented). Took some doing to get the mortgage with all the new rules, but it's done, inspection complete moving in a month and a half.

Yeah, as soon as I get them hosted somewhere. Little tired. Got the financing to finally go through about 8 hours before the 7 day deadline, today there was an assessment and a house inspection. It's been a crazy busy day.

Yeah, I'll probably settle down when I've got a permanent job and stuff. Which isn't gonna happen in the next decade, anyway, so I'm not too worried about it now.
Generally I hope (and would prefer) to be able to spend at least 4 months a year overseas even if I have my own place, that's why I am studying my butt off, really.
