Here's the scenario. You're out in town on your day off. The most annoying, space case of a coworker approaches you in public, without anything resembling a proper greeting, and asks for a sip of your drink. Is it wrong to yell at this person to "get the **** away" from you if 1) you hate them, and 2) you've had it with this person because it's literally like working with the mentally handicapped?
For the record, I really hate this guy that much. He's really that stupid, and really that annoying. Oh, and, you bet your *** I yelled at him and embarrassed him in public. ************ is going to be doing a lot of push-ups come Friday.

Even if you did, you're in the proper environment to do so. I have not indicated that we are friends, or that I like him on any level. This was randomly executed in public just because he saw me. We weren't hanging out. We weren't working. It was just plain rude, and he pulls this kind of **** all the time and makes trouble for everyone else.

This is probably the only validity you have for not liking the guy, from a responsibility point of view. Everything else is just your typical overly friendly dude who's probably ditzy and doesn't realize nobody likes him but thinks of you ******** as his friends, blindly.
