Ok, playoffs are over. Well, they are for my team anyway. Bye-bye Boudreau. Hmm sounds like a FFXI title. I guess I'll pull for my west coast team now and sit in a corner naked, sobbing until October. Go Sharks!! Rock the ... fish tank!?

McPhee said today that Boudreau is staying.

Good deal. I like 'ol Brucie! That's all you read in the Caps forums though. Maybe McPhee will bring in some guys who will rough it up. The Caps can outplay teams in the regular season, but in the playoffs when teams get nasty we are too soft.

My Bruins suck, but luckily, the other teams in the East, suck more.

I just read about this on the NHL website and McPhee really doesn't sound that convincing. That being said, McPhee may not have a job himself.

When does McPhee ever sound convincing?

Well we should..
I guess we could discuss the past and/or future NFL and MLB playoffs in this thread too, but it was kinda started a different way.

That would only make sense if the NFL and MLB were having playoffs as well, but they are not.

I started this thread as an NHL playoff thread. No NBA is to be discussed.

Besides, does anyone actually care? I don't think NBA players even care as long as they get paid. For basketball, NCAA is where it's at.

Oh, tough luck for the B's. Can't ask Tim Thomas for anything more. He's been standing on his head. Chara though, I didn't see the first game, but he looked sleepy last night. I haven't seen highlights to see what the boys think, but that last goal, well...

I know you don't like making new threads because know one reads them, but really, barely any one who might be interested in commenting on basketball is going to be in this thread in the first place. I mean, had you brought this up while the Celtics were still in it, I may have cared enough to discuss basketball, but with them out, I don't care either. Make a new thread and see if you can actually find some posters who care about basketball, or sit in here and post about it to try and annoy posters of this thread. Decide what you want more I guess.
