Only go once a year, and honestly, debating even doing that (usually go in July). I have insurance, but taking off half a day to go to my doctor, plus paying a co-pay and gas, just to be told I'm fine... eh. I haven't had any odd medical issues within the last year or two, and I don't think I need to worry much about my cholesterol or blood pressure until I'm at least 30. So... probably going to forgo it for a while!
Well, I took about 3 years off from doctor visits, and when I finally went this year, we found out that my blood pressure was basically pre-stroke. Honestly, things can change quickly, and usually it's not us suddenly becoming much healthier. If it's just gas, copay, and a few hours pay, you really should try to go at least once a year.
