Keep her away from sandwiches/kitchens, and don't make her overly voluptuous? And/or make her the main character? Kinda hard to give advice when we don't know what you're going for. Story/drawing/movie?

Things/people are not objectified when they are given subject status. When they have their own point of view. Therefore your hypothetical robot would need to be an AI, whose thoughts and personality are explored from the inside or from the third person. Or the robot, if not an AI, would have to have it's own experience as a non-thinking being explored thoroughly in many facets.
The only think I take from this thread is the pondering of what robot boobs might look like.
