Hey peeps, I know I hardly come here any more, but since a lot of ZAM ppl gave me congrats when I had him, I couldn't resist sharing a commercial my son is in, which is running right now in Japan: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWe1wqbvWRU

I had such a hard time keeping this in, so it's nice to finally be able to share it with people! He's only in it for like 4 seconds, but he's the little boy at the end. :)

Wow, how do you even manage to get your son in a commercial like that? Very cool.

In his case, luck. A casting director saw him out eating shave ice with grandma and grandpa.

As there were no subtitles, I'll assume the dialogue had something to do with robots and Godzilla.

He's cute and looks completely oblivious to what is going on. Already a much better actor than Jimmy Fallon.

Asian children are often ridiculously adorable, but yours is RIDICULOUSLY adorable. I'd almost consider having kids if they'd be that cute.

[EDIT]

Also, I don't appreciate that his hiragana are better than mine.

I didn't realize you had a child in the industry either. Mine was accepted at 5 months old and he's now 2.5 years. Our contract just ended in August and I haven't found a new replacement agency yet. I'm happy that you found your commercial! I have let my son work, we have gotten his paychecks, but they have never shown us the final product.. Lucky for you!!

This just shows that Japanese (or in my case half Japanese) children are the cutest!
