If you don't mind me asking, how old are you?
Basically if I don't go into aid work (which will make having babies difficult unless I find someone with the same contractor and we get some kinda joint contract), I'll finish my education by 2019 if everything goes by plan. I could certainly afford having kids before then, but I really want to learn something different while I'm being a mum (like PUNJABI).
I've got two marriage proposals pending at the moment, more or less - one of them will soon earn money, if all else fails in Pakistan, the other is already earning a decent family income. I'm just not in the right place to consider either right now.

For me that's only a small part of the issue. It's mostly about money. I have no intention of bringing a child into this world when I can barely afford to take care of myself as it is. I think that's incredibly irresponsible.
See above, that'd not even be a problem. Going to rural parts of Somalia or Cambodia for a few months randomly? That's more of an issue.
There's also the part where I really don't want to be dependent on a guy unless I get a Punjabi or Islamic Studies degree out of it and after I'm finished with my current stuff, but if I happened to get pregnant that'd be less of an issue.
