I didn't even know that this needed to be disproved.
I think this is a waste of time of everybody involved. Including the time I spent typing this post.
I think that you're trying to hard.
It's probably due to the fact that the majority of CoD players still need two hands to steer the car. It doesn't allow them to throw knives at other drivers across the road.

I've seen RTS players spend hours contemplating their next move, lol. That would certainly create some traffic jams if they drove like that!
I think you're mistaking real-time strategy for turn-based strategy.

RTS: Mash them keys or the opponent will out-macro/-micro you!

Yep, you're right! I must have misplaced my brain for a moment. TBS = Games like Civ5. RTS = More like Age of Empires.
Please post more polls so I can skew the results.
