Is it a place where all of the posts are rated "negative?" That's kinda neat. Can admins see all the negative posts?
If you're an admin, they aren't. I suspect that a non-admin seeing one of them sees it as negatived. They didn't actually exist back in the day before I was an admin so I've never actually seen what they look like as a non admin.

As a former admin, I can atest that the SUPER SEKRET ADMIN FORUMS are a myth.
