While a 9 year old Necropost, it was actually on topic, and apparently not a simple bot. I took a few screenshots because it was interesting in a "DRAMA!" sort of way.

I saw that one. It's also possible it was some bored troll. It's also been over a year since the last post made by the OP for that thread, so I doubt it was going anywhere.

Someone claiming to be related to a possibly former poster necroed one of her old posts in an effort to cause drama. I still think it was probably a troll.

Giving up isn't the OOT way. Now get off your ***, dox the OP and call their mom.

When I first saw it, I thought it was one of those bots that seem to piece together slightly on topic spam. But as I read it I realized it was much more detailed and on topic than they usually are, and noticed the poster's name.
