unkown serverFollow

just downloaded the version 2.13 having problems upload my characters now to the web site.

EQ Item Collection Engine v 2.13 (21.5) starting up...
Username set to: pitorian
Profiles enabled.

listening on NVIDIA nForce MCP Networking Controller Driver (Microsoft's Packet Scheduler) .
Running in quiet mode.
Setting up session: Client port 1098, Server port 1354.
Sequence start from server.
Processing player profile.
Processing player inventory.

All this is fine it seems.
When i go to file-profiles my character is there
I.E. Desematted Unknown server.
If i click on character it show everything on him on right click uplaod and get error : Unknown server error.
if you click it again get another error : Profile checksum failed
Then if clicked again cycles back to unknown server error.
Found a couple posts about this but nothing on those posts of how it was fixed. I would like some feedback on how to fix it.

this is pitorian on friends account at work server is ayonae ro all my toons are no toons when trying to upload profile will. all toons have unknown server next to their name on the profile upload sreen. thanks for quick reply and any help

Both my accounts are also doing this on <ayonae ro> server. just started since last lucy update.

I am also having the same problem the server my character is on is Brislebane but in the collector it shows up as Unknown Server.
And when I try to upload the data it gives me an Unknown Server Error or checksum error.

Happening to me as well.

I just went premium so I could upload my equipment and use the upgrade equipment feature.... Go figure. I guess I can always enter my equipment manually.

Yay.. profile upload working gain.
Just so Alla knows, my 'unknown server' problem seams to have gone away. It started working on 4-sept.

last update seems to have fixed the unknown server issues I was having...

yay!
