Having trouble rating up?

I tried rating up some posts and the posting Kharma didn't change. Is there a bug?

it is probably because your karma is right on the line between normal/scholar, and there is a rounding error somewhere.

Ah, I see it now, enough sockpuppets have rated me down to make me lose Scholar. lol
