Reference this Post Please
It seems a fellow player has had a rather horrible experience this holiday season. Although only a day since posting, I worry that I won't be able to contact him for the offer I extended to try to lift his spirits for the season.
My request, if possible (I know there's most likely privacy agreements surrounding this) is to find out if either A) His email is available or B) If an Admin could utilize his email to contact him if the case is that his email is not available to be given out.
If you read the post, my offer is to ship to him a replacement PS2 so that he 1) Can continue playing (of course) and 2) Not take the chance of his information being taken from his PoL Viewer (credit card, etc). I figure the faster I get it to him, the fast he has a chance to access his account.
