Bookmark troubleFollow

Did I finally find the right place to ask this? I've been trying like crazy to get bookmarks to work, or find someone who could fix them. I haven't been able to create new bookmarks for about a month, it's annoying because I really want to bookmark these two threads. {Help me out!}
