I don't think seventhpixel has his facts right.
The patch is an option to premium users. So is emoticons, avatars, and a plethora of other features.
Saying that Allakhazam is "selling" the patch is a stretch and I highly doubt it would have any legal standing.
He's just being an ungrateful putz who is angry everything isn't handed to him on a silver platter.

Allakazham is not expensive! Why do people continue to complain that they aren't willing to pay for this site's pay to use features? It boggles the mind.
