Lucy issue: "Items with spell" incorrectFollow

For some time now the items listed under "Items with spell" have been incorrect (for all spells, as far as I can tell).
For example, the spell Identify:

Under "Items with spell", there is one item listed, Elbaite Focus:

This item does have 5 charges of Identify, but the Identify effect is not showing (probably because the item has not been updated since November).
The following items should also be included (that I can remember off the top of my head):

It looks like the "Items with spell" section hasn't been updated to reflect the new way that the raw data indicates what effects an item has?

This problem is still happening. Kind of annoying if you are looking for items with certain effects. A lot of the OOW tradeskill augs aren't showing focuses either.
