Ban please... This is the same guy as before and is just making new accounts... I know you don't really IP ban due to problems with multiple people having semilar/same IPs but can't you do something to prevent him from making new accounts?

See I wish it was possible to block the registration program from accepting certain emails. That way everytime a new "seller" is found out they can ban him and block his email. That way when he tried registering a new user name it would give him an error about his email being blocked.
