Stratics.com gets hacked! Are you secure?Follow

A member of the core group of Stratics.com reported that the forums were attacked and compromised over the past few days. A worm was used to infiltrate the forums database using the mask of an insurance agency "...Phisher". The data at risk was reported to be member's personal data, Stratics staff data, and high level memos. The amount of data that was compromised was not released.

No further information was disclosed but the forums will be moved to a different server until the hack is repaired. Stratics management is refusing to release any information regarding the breech even to their high level customers. Such as SOE and EA.

All database managers are encouraged to conduct a thorough security review of their systems immediately.
