Unable to Upload ProfileFollow

I just downloaded Lucy today and am unable to upload my profiles. I have started reading some posts here but do not have all day to sift through the hundreds upon hundreds of them. The error I get is unable to upload because I'm either not logged in or not a premium user. I am a premium user and have been for a couple of years now and I've logged and relogged into this sight, my characters, etc. Any ideas would be helpful, Lucy does recognize my connection and network card and actually uploaded some items from my test run with it today, just the profile uploading isn't working (yes, I have profile support checked and am running Win 2000 Professional).
