Was the item link structure in EQ1 changed?Follow

Well i'm having a hard time configuring my TEQIM client to access links linked on a chat channel. It usually makes it a link which brings you to the item in the Lucy database. However i've noticed the numbers on items have changed... were the links changed in game by SoE?
