Personal forum? Where/How to?

Ok, I cannot see where I can set up my personal forum as promised in the page where I signed up. How do I access/set this up? Cheers!

From your user page, you can turn on your journal (forum).

It'll be http://wow.allakhazam.com/journal2.html?user=498876

You may want to consider a link from the User Account page? I looked at the journal thing briefly and thought "it won't be that, there be a journal that is" and kept looking ...
