Allakhazam support??? (repost)Follow

As suggested in my original post, I'm reposting to this this forum.

I've emailed FOUR different messages to allakhazam in the past two weeks asking about a billing issue (for premium service). I've tried responding to both "signups" and to "allakhazam" and HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE RESPONSE!!!

Since I can't find any other way to contact your operation, I'm gonna try your forums. You should have my account name in this post. Please go find my emails (unless they've already been deleted without a response) and reply to me!

This is HORRIBLE customer support for ANY company.

Sorry I tend to put these off until I get a large batch and do them all at once simpley because the bank's software for processing refunds is such a pain to use and I'm so swamped with other things, so your e-mail is likely in my in box. If you were double charged, or if you renewed and didn't want to, I always issue a refund. It just sometimes does not come right away. I'll try to get to the pending ones later this week.

Thank you for the response.

Yes, my case is a "I auto-renewed without realizing it" case and would like to cancel at this time. For future customer satisfaction, I would highly recommend that you have a canned email response (much easier/faster than actually responding to email personally) to send back indicating what you stated in your post above?
