Could you PLEASE for the love of god fix the servers? This waiting 10 minutes for a page to load is really getting ******* annoying.
I'm sure an admin will come clarify this statement, but their current amount of servers is strained with the traffic on the site, they have order new servers, and will be installed when they get here.
I'm unsure if any have arrived since I've heard both "they are on their way" and "one was installed, we're waiting for the rest"

1) Crack is bad, you clearly don't have enough brain cells left as it is.
2) If you don't like it here, we'd be more than happy to have you post your drivel elsewhere.
3) Posting crap where the admins can see it certainly isn't going to help in you getting the information you wanted.

Why don't you take some of your hate and anger into the game instead of stinking up the forums? Just because you are paying for your account, doesn't make you a god.
While Katie may have been a bit blunt with her posts, the point still stands. The site has slowed down to a crawl as of late. We've been told that the new servers arrived, were installed, and are working correctly, and that the forum search is still disabled due to the load it puts on the servers, but it still takes anywhere from 2-10 minutes to load a thread, if it loads at all and I don't get an error, and that's with a cable modem.
I love this site. I love the info and the community (at least the community I take part in). I love the ease of navigating cross-games, but the time it takes to navigate anywhere is more then a little frustrating. Telling premium members, the ones that keep the site financed, to shove it and get lost if they don't like it, doesn't help the situation at all. Making more features premium only might encourage more people to get premium, increasing the money-flow, and facilitating upgrades quicker, as well as slowing down some of the non-paying traffic, might help. At the same time, it might cause some very insightful posters that aren't premium members to stop visiting the site.
All in all, it's hard to say "this is what needs to be done, so do it", but it makes no sense to just sit there and accept it blindly (while you're waiting 10 minutes for a thread to load). Tact is good in pretty much all situations, but we haven't really heard much from the admins concerning this issue. They addressed forum search, but it's disabled, and the site still creeps along, so that can't be the only problem.

OR they could close the servers down all together, and then no one would have anywhere to post.
