Spam topics in Last Active Thread columnFollow

#1 Feb 04 2005 at 9:05 AM Rating: Decent
As of this post I just noticed THREE forums with spam topics in the "Last Active Thread" column, even though all 3 have been nuked. These topics can still be viewed and the links within can still be used. Is there not any way of applying the filter to the forum listing pages or deleting these threads entirely?

I've been manually posting stuff to flush them off, but I'm looking into a good way to do that and not slow down the cacheing system any

There, they'll still show up until recaches now but once the page recaches it shouldn't show nuked threads

Cool. You admins are doing a great job. Now at least new visitors won't see nuked threads. :)

Why does it matter?

Personally, I care because links from the forums can count towards spam sites Google rankings (which is why most of them post in the first place)
