Having slight problems with my status.Follow

I recently got Scholar back after some posts that pushed me sub-scholar, but I've found that I can't rate posts. Can anyone help me with this? I want to rate up a lot of good posts that I see but there is absolutely NO change whatsoever. I've tried to rate up a 3.12 to Excellent, but it returned as a 3.12.

Also, even though my karma is 3.01 and my posts say "Scholar", when I click on "User Account" it says that I'm just a "User".
