Repair the Item Collecor pleaseFollow

For over a month the item collector has been scanning my inventory over and over and over again and submitting links for only hte items I have looted. Somewhere several patches ago the item collector was broken in that it will no longer accept links at all. this is affecting more than just me, everyone in my guild that uses the collector and I believe everyone that uses it is experiencing the same problems. Please resolve this issue.

Previously I believe the item collector only scanned my inventory during zoning not every 2 - 5 seconds while in teh same zone.
