OP tried to post a link to a fish botting program in the FFXI main forum, can stilll be easily found by replacing "BANNED" in the URL, which was suggested by another post almost immediatly.
I think the OP did this just to go on a rate down spree (flame bait)

If the OP did it to go on a rate-down spree, then don't nuke it, because then it won't affect his karma. Once it's below 1.50, then only those with "Never Filter" will see it.
