Banned him as of now. Plus he has pissed me off, and I now have enough spam instances to have his verizon account suspended. An abuse report has been submitted detailing his violation under the verizon.net terms of service. I expect his internet access to be shut off from home during the next few days. The other address he is using is a university computer lab. They have so far been unable to catch him in the act, however they are monitoring for activity on the allakhazam.com ports, and if they catch him, I have been assured he will be banned from using university computer resources, and suspended or expelled if it continues.
