Long story short:
Me and a friend thought it'd be a fun idea to spam his journal to get our post count higher than normal. Is it possible to have those posts deleted in his journal so my number goes back to normal?

Depending on how many posts you spammed, they may ban you. Although since this is your first time(assuming) kao might put his e-peen back in his pants and just hit the nuke button. 
The ban button is right beside it!
