Unknown161, if it is non-zero, is the amount of hate the spell produces. If it is zero, the amount of hate is determined elsewhere. (see: enchanter tash spells L 60 and below (and changes recently), and SK L 66-70 hate spells Dread Gaze and Terror of Discord).

base2_N for offensive proc and defensive proc spells is a proc rate mod. See Spirit of the Panther, and recent changes to BST pet-proc buffs.

maxN for charms is the max level the charm spell effects. Command of Druzzil vs Beckon, for example.

calcN for summon item spells is the number of items of that type summoned. (see the mass enchant lines)

base2_N for stuns is NPC stun duration (in 1/1000th of a second)

base2_N for illusions is the sub-type of that skin used (for elementals, determines the elemental type).

maxN on fear spells is the level cap of the fear spell.

base2_N on "chance to crit" is the type of the weapon it works on. -1 is "all weapons". See Cleave, Fateseer's Boon, and Strike of Savagery.

"Unknown Skill #74" for "chance to hit" is piercing (see Strike of Savagery).

My bad. 2 hand pierce (from the BZR epic), which dispite it being the same skill probably has a different index. =)

I should have counted the number of different cleaves IDs.

1: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 40%
2: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 40%
3: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 40%
4: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 40%
5: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 40%
6: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 40%
7: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 40%
8: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 40%
9: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 40%
10: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 40%
11: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 40%

11 different weapon/damage types

base2_N from cleave:
base2_1 0 base2_10 36
base2_11 74 base2_2 1
base2_4 3 base2_5 8
base2_6 10 base2_7 26
base2_8 28 base2_9 30

In order:

with different IDs. Do these line up with "increased chance to hit" information?

From Sharpshooting:

Lucy says 7 is archery and 51 is throwing. These don't line up right -- or maybe Cleave does work on ranged attacks? Ahh, I bet they don't!

"Skill check mod"s on Strike of Savagry however do line up.

base2_1 2 base2_2 3
base2_3 74

which means whatever dictionary you use for "Skill check mods" is probably correct for Chance to Crit.

Looking at a rogue disc:

chance to hit (21) is dragon punch.

Hmm. 8 is in the list, but 21 isn't.

Flying kick:

is 26 for both chance_to_hit and damage_modifier. 26 is also listed on cleave.

I strongly suspect, then, that 74 is 2HP, and I think that the chance to crit dictionary lines up with the chance to hit and damage modifier dictionary. At least it is worth a try, to see if it gives something sensible.
