FFXI Character DeletionFollow

I want to delete a character from my FFXI character profiles stored on site, I get the following error message when I try:

Not Found 
The requested URL /userinfo.html was not found on this server. 
 
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. 
Apache/1.3.33 Server at ffxi.allakhazam.com Port 80

The page it sends me to is http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/userinfo.html?char=95829&action=Delete, for that particular profile.

It just takes me back to the "Your Characters" page, with the character still there.

I tried deleting it this morning, if it's a lag issue because of the site problems, it would have to be several hours lagged. Just refreshed it anyway, it's still there.
