Premium membership helpFollow

Hi. I dont know if this is the correct way to get help from the moderators or people who run the site but I cant find an e-mail contact. I signed up for premium services yesterday, 04/19/05 so I didnt have to wait 10 hrs for the Blizzard downloader. My credit card was charged but I got an error message when I signed up. My premium service has not been enabled. Did anybody else have this problem? I hope the staff monitors this and can help me out please.

did you use PayPal to pay for premium?

I dont think so. I wasn't given an option to use Paypal. I just followed the links and put my credit card info in which was billed.

fixed your issue, there was a problem monday and tuesday it seems.

I have the same problem too (paid on tuesday), sent an email with the relevant info to root@allakhazam.com. I can re-send to another address if needed. :P

Done and done. I had to cut'n'paste the statement from the SMS my bank sent me 'cos they STILL don't have their data online, grrr... gotta love living in a 3rd world country pretending to be 1st world.

I had this same problem and have been emailing all week and getting nowhere.

I renewed my Premium on Monday and the site gave me an error and I received no notification that my renewal had been successful and when I logged in I still wasn't Premium. So I emailed the address that it says to email (allakhazam@allakhazam.com) and got no response.

So I went and tried to renew again on Thursday and immediately got the email verifying the renewal and when I logged in I was Premium again. So then I check my checking account online and I'd been charged the previous evening for the attempt on Monday that never took effect. So now the second attempt is going to be charged as well and I've sent 3 emails now and received no response or even acknowledgement that someone's working on it.

And yes I paid with a Visa, not Paypal. Is there anyone who can direct me to who I should be emailing about this? I know it's only $10 but still..
