A Question to 1000+ PostersFollow

I am just wondering why people like Lefien, think that just because they have 4000+ posts there opinion is the end all opinion?. When he comes on the Shiva forums he always acts like his opinion is the only one that counts, but yet on here he made a post crying about his rating. I keep getting rated down by 1 person on Shiva forums everytime I post even when it is not an arguement and I have a feeling he is the 1 doing this. I am hoping that everyone who has this many posts does not act this way, besides the trolls on Shiva he is the only other annoying 1 there.

Please don't assume that frequent posters are all egotistic maniacs with a god complex.

Obviously people who post a lot talk about their opinions a lot. As such, sometimes we tend to forget how we can come across, especially when we are having the same arguement for the 100th time.

I know, at least for myself, I LOVE it when a person disagrees with me and we begin a civil debate. Probably the best example of this has been between Tyrandor and I regarding PvP in WoW. As time has gone on, reading his posts, and playing the game has made me reconsider my stance on the issues in PvP, and the debates that we have had are really quite enjoyable.

Forums are for discussion, some people are more willing to debate in a civilized manner and others resort to the "I am right, you are wrong" approach.

Post count has nothing to do with it.
