I am being karma camped by this moron. I don't know what I did, but he has been rating every topic I post in the Out of Topic forum down for no reason. I just put two threads up and sure enough his name appears and they are both 2.89 before anyone even gets a chance to read them.

I believe those who subscribe can see who rates them up and down and by how much. and as for explaination, go to the top of the thread and select "No filter" to see what was posted- someone decided that the thread was (rightly) junk and rated it all down below filter.

Nope. In the public forums you cannot tell who is rating anyone.
And rating *just* the original post down below 1.50 will make the whole thread fall off the filter.
